I was fearful that I'd have a less than positive experience. Nothing could have been further from reality. Sales representative Brett McKinley and Chuck Cerda were thoroughly professional, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles features and options. The sales process was handled smoothly with no issues settling on a trade in value for my former car nor in obtaining the significant discount from the buyers program.
