As I live in Los Angeles, Brett made arrangements to have the car delivered to me by young man named Eric, who proceeded to give us a fantastic tutorial on the car! Mr. Vidal, offered transfer options, and the option of special ordering the vehicle. Nevertheless, he was very patient with us and took us around the lot to show us examples (on other models)of trim levels that are offered because we wanted to know what the s-line prestige looked like inside. In the end My husband was very tempted by an A8 but I had to remind him we are looking for a new car for me. We felt we received exemplary customer service and we will go back to him when we buy our Q7. More
