Both the decision to purchase the A6 3.0T and to do business with Walter's Audi were relatively easy decisions. No other car offered the combination of speed, convenience, and style, and yet the two dealerships located closer to my home almost caused me to purchase a Lexus GS350 instead. Even though it was not my intention to purchase the car that day, after the friendly reception by Mr. Lopez, I could not but listen to him attentively when he presented the car I showed interest in. He was patient and very thorough in his presentation. My intention when I left my house was to visit BMW, Mercedes Benz and of cause Audi dealership because I was planning to purchase a car so I could have an idea of what I would be able to afford. Audi was my first call and after my encounter with Mr. Lopez I could not walk away from the car which I actually love. During the whole process of negotiation I saw that he was always ready to walk with me. He never said no and when he finds himself in uncertain position to please me he would consult with his manager and then come back with a good news. Mr. Lopez is good and very convincing. More

Great Service I have been coming to Walter's Audi since I purchased my first Audi, a 2007 A6, in 2009. I had it serviced here until I purchased my 2013 Audi in Ja I have been coming to Walter's Audi since I purchased my first Audi, a 2007 A6, in 2009. I had it serviced here until I purchased my 2013 Audi in January of 2014. Both cars I loved and both were serviced at Walter's. I live about 30 miles away and therefore if the car will be there for more than 2 hours I request and get a loaner car. The cars which are loaners are always in excellent condition and appropriate for the model that I bring in. Stacy Samuels is my usual service writer and she knows my cars well and takes great care of them. Service is done professionally and completely. I would highly recommend Walter's for service. More
