Top notch Service Department I took my certified pre-owned Q5 to the Service Department to have the rear hatch fixed. Ron Frasier was my Service Adviser; and he was delightful to I took my certified pre-owned Q5 to the Service Department to have the rear hatch fixed. Ron Frasier was my Service Adviser; and he was delightful to deal with. He took care of all my complaints and even suggested that we get the 45K service done free of charge since I still have the remaining Audi Care from the previous owner which I didn't know about. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service I got from Walter's Audi and will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
