I wasn't expecting to leave with a car that day, but I did and it's beautiful. It turned out that only one key fob had been programmed correctly, so I had to go back to get it fixed. I got very very friendly service from everyone I spoke with, from the receptionist who answered the phone to the Service Supervisor Alex Ortiz. Alex was actually outside to greet me as I drove up! I had to wait a little while, but there's free wifi and a comfortable lounge/waiting area. When I went out to lunch, they texted me as soon as my car was ready and they had washed it again! Yay! I recommend Walter's Audi Riverside. More
