Well, the service technicians are so gracious and helpful, the waiting area is stocked with coffee and pastries (thanks!) and it was a no-charge item. Plus, add to this a complimentary car wash. My 12 yr old A4 was feeling pretty happy and so was I. Mycal Heffner seems to remember everyone - and made sure I was set up to wait. My service was done ahead of schedule. I own 2 Audi sedans now.
