looking to buy an audi we came to the dealership with an open as to a new or used car. we were greeted on the lot with a friendly welcome and asked questions to determine we came to the dealership with an open as to a new or used car. we were greeted on the lot with a friendly welcome and asked questions to determine our needs. located a used audi which we really liked. our salesperson took us for a test drive and put us on all types of roads to show different driving conditions. it was not the usual 5 minute test drive. when we returned and ask for some pricing there was a problem with the car to be traded. the dealership did all they could to correct the problem but were unable to do so. the car was a convertible and the top was stuck in the down position. as we were leaving the dealership it started to pour and they stopped us saying no way were we driving home in the rain. they told us to take the car we were test driving in stead. this was very much appreciated and in fact what closed the sale for us. the following day we returned the test car and purchased it. they did every thing they could to help us out as far as doing all the paperwork and letting us drive home in the new car. a small like showing concern about your trip home can make a big difference between making and losing the sale. great sales staff and when we are ready to trade our other car we will definitely return to audi reading. More
