2012 S4 I am from Maryland and wanted to purchase a car private party. The seller wanted to do a courtesy trade in so he can benefit from the sale, no big deal that is fine with me. The set up was kinda done last minute but i was assured everything will be ok. I waited for an hour or so for the paperwork to be filled out, understandably so since it was kinda last minute and I arrived right when the dealership opened. While signing the paperwork the dealership called my bank if i was approved for the proper amount i needed for the loan bank confirmed everything seemed good to go. I then gave them my down payment signed the last of the papers and i was told i should be receiving my tags in a couple weeks and all the paperwork should be good to go, enjoy the car. Later in the week I went to check my bank account to realize the dealership filled out wrong amounts for the loan and only requested what my down payment was. I immediately called the dealership to explain their error and i was told it would be handled accordingly on Monday. So first thing Monday mourning i call my bank to straighten this out. Their solution was to get another loan so it can cover the full amount and the dealership would have to send the money they received back. This finally all worked out three weeks later... I thought all would be well after that, i was wrong. After about three weeks of not hearing from the dealership about my permanent Maryland tags i called the dealership and was told the person dealing with this is on vacation, which was fine since it was memorial day week. I called the next week and got the answer these things take time i don't know whats taking so long when I call the MVA they hang up on me, we will just send you another 30 day temp tag. Which I have to accept if i want to continue driving my car. So now its about 53 days since I bought my car and I still do not have permanent plates and no resolution. The dealership has not once reached out to me on any of their mistakes. I get this is probably a rare occasion to have this many problems but I have lost all of my confidence in this dealerships ability to process paperwork. I just hope no one else has to go through the hassle I have with this dealership More

I liked Lou, Brandon and Dave. Very nice and straight forward. They communicated very well with me so I always knew what was going on. I called Brandon with my concerns and he immediately offered to rectify those concerns. He was so pleasant to speak with. More

Proud owner of a new 2014 (white) Audi Q5!!! I felt like the team had my best interests as their priority. We decided to come to Reading Audi just to look at new cars. My dad had purchased at least 5 new Audis from them. When we arrived we were greeted by a warm, friendly, knowledgeable sales agent, Celene Johnston. She made our buying experience unbelievably enjoyable. We felt Celene and Keith Rentschler went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I began my search with a limited number of car brand potentials in mind with the definitive need for an SUV. Comparing the cars on my list, the Audi fit most of the requirements and some I hadn't considered but happy to have. While costing a bit more than some of the SUVs I considered, I believe Keith gave me a good deal and I came home with the car the same day. And with the thorough explanation from Celene of all the features on the car I was able to drive away with confidence. Celene and I plan to meet again soon to answer any questions I may gather over the next few days. More

Always great service! As I was driving my A5 to do errands my tire signal appeared. My tire didn't look flat so I drove directly to the dealership. Even though I hadn't called ahead and the service area was extremely busy, Sal Scarpino took care of me immediately. His smile and reassuring words made me feel welcomed in spite of not giving them a heads up. They immediately found the culprit, a nail in the tire. They fixed the tire and washed my car while I enjoyed coffee and TV in their newly renovated showroom. I feel so great knowing the Audi team will always take such good care of my car and me. More
