Before buying make sure their preowned car is as advertised! I bought a preowned 2012 Audi Q5 in January 2015. The car was advertised on the Audi Reading website as a "prestige" model. One day after buying the c I bought a preowned 2012 Audi Q5 in January 2015. The car was advertised on the Audi Reading website as a "prestige" model. One day after buying the car I realized that many options were not in the car which should be available on a "prestige" model. I ran the VIN number and found that the car was actually a "premium plus" model, which is a less expensive model than a "prestige". Before buying the car, there were several times that I inquired to the used sales team if the car was a "prestige" and I was never told that it was not. I contacted Audi Reading management immediately who denied that the car was advertised as a "prestige" yet claimed that they were unable to review any of their website ads once a car is sold. Thus, they were unable to verify their claim. I actually still have the history saved from my computer in which a google search listed their car as a "prestige". They offered to look for a 2012 Audi Q5 "prestige" model and would contact me if they found one to replace my car. After 5 months I only once heard from them about replacing my Q5, but I would have to pay them even more money to get a "prestige". They finally offered to add an after market side assist package, which I accepted. I reported this experience to Audi USA their parent company. Bottom line, BUYER BEWARE OF PREOWNED SALES AT AUDI READING. More
