Everyone at dealership was easy to deal with. 4) Able to communicate via text, email & phone = Celene worked remotely to deal with out of state clients (we were coming from 270 miles away to pick up) 5) Internet sales = Credit goes to Keith, Dana & Audi Reading team for embracing technologies to have detailed inventory info, timely replies, & virtual paperwork completed for customers far & wide. 6) No pressure salesmanship = no additional sales pitches from Celene. 7) Total time to get deal done ~60 mins – though we spent 4 hours at dealership because how fun Keith was. :) 8) Follow-up = Celene ensure that our front license plate holder was shipped to us & we were reimbursed for local installation due to our state laws. Overall, Celene & Audi Reading made our first sales experience with Audi an utterly stress free & uncomplicated occasion. One that we will often benchmark to our friends & family inquiring about an Audi. The trip was well worth it. Audi Reading treat us like family.
