I will definitively keep coming back to this dealer for my future car needs More

I live in Wisconsin and I purchased my s4 from Princeton Audi primarily using phone and email and trusted that Jon would give me honest assessments and answers. Jon gave me honest answers and assessments and when I flew out to buy the s4, I could not have been happier. Jon made sure that I was taken care of and showed me all the features of the s4 and ensured that I was taken care of during the process. I had dealt with some other dealers that were not nearly as friendly as Princeton Audi; after this experience I will be buying my Audi's from Princeton, even though I live nearly 1000 miles away, Thanks Jon and Princeton Audi for the wonderful experience. Great manager! I called the dealership to inquire about my Jetta I recently purchased because i noticed the absence of the temperature gauge. Upon speaking to one of I called the dealership to inquire about my Jetta I recently purchased because i noticed the absence of the temperature gauge. Upon speaking to one of the service reps I was a bit turned of by his attitude. A second call to the dealership connected me to David Carr. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, he answered my questions and addressed my concerns very promptly. His level of professionalism is Paramount to all I have dealt with in the auto industry so far and I have been dealing with car dealers for many years. Though I have not met David in person I can see that he is a straight shooter and a honorable man. Thumbs up David you rock! More
