From my previous three car buying experiences, I would caution fellow buyers that there is no shortage of such businesses that would be happy to manipulate them into paying top dollar for the most abused and neglected machines imaginable. In sharp contrast, my experience at Princeton Audi was a smooth, surprising relief. Aside from the sheer satisfaction of getting a lightly used 2008 Lexus ES 350 in nearly showroom condition at a reasonable price, I had the honor of working with helpful Audi Specialist Juno Mozo. Contributing to the understated, welcoming, and professional environment of Princeton Audi, Juno was not only extraordinarily knowledgeable about Audi products, but also quite enthusiastic about the auto industry as a whole, and remarkably about the ES 350 in particular. He receives top marks for making the finance process seamless and affordable for a student pilot on a shoestring budget, and his competence and straightforwardness have earned Princeton Audi future business the next time anyone in my family decides to go car shopping. The timing and arrival of the vehicle from Germany was fantastic. During the process, they both responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Paul was also excellent in the quick processing of all the financial documents and answering all my questions and provided me with options for adding on the tire protection and maintenance plans. All of them have great customer service skills and listen very well and deliver what you want making the process very enjoyable without any high pressure. Great Experience I had purchased a 2016 Q5 that I took in for the 5000 mile service. My first time dealing with Audi service & Patti was great! I was getting a loaner I had purchased a 2016 Q5 that I took in for the 5000 mile service. My first time dealing with Audi service & Patti was great! I was getting a loaner & it was so easy & actually a pleasure, which is not something I ever thought I would say about taking my car in for service. I was given an A6 as my loaner for the day & loved it. When I went back to pick up the Q5 I asked Patti if they sold their loaners & they indeed do. I was then directed to Ron Dargenio who was also a great no pressure guy to deal with. After looking at a few cars he was able to find me a loaner car with the options/color I preferred. They bought back my Q5 & I was able to lease a 2016 A6 loaner, which was a perfect choice for me. Sat with Kristen to sign the paperwork, she too was friendly & made the process easy. Chelsea showed me all the gadgets & options, as there were lots. A few days later I lost the satellite radio & I called Chelsea & it was back on that evening. Just a great experience all around. Would definitely recommend this dealership! More
