Stay FAR FAR AWAY!!! Horrible and Rude Manager Would I recommend this deanship to a friend? Are you kidding me? I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Don't do business with these fools! Mr. Martini (Rich) and I agreed on a deal then a few days later the sales rep called telling me that the deal will be more money (like hundreds of $$$ more money) because THEY forgot to add a package that was in the car. I told him the deal was dead. Then today they call me saying we are trying to rework the numbers. I said that the deal is dead. He asked why and I told him because the number him and I agreed to changed. I told him it's not my fault they forgot to add the package that was clearly on the car. Not my problem. If you agree to a deal you need to stick with that. Don't change it up. Then your going to be extremely rude and tell me that they don't need my business and it's not their fault they forgot to add the package even though it was on the car. Complete waste of time. If you want liars and scam artists making your deal then go here! I'm completely 100% baffled on how this dealership handled themselves and and how the manager handled himself. I'm going to make it known to the public everywhere. Look at all the negative reviews about this dealership. Should have done my homework first. STAY AWAY Audi Princeton!!! More

He made the process very easy and straightforward. The manager Rich Martini is also a great guy. He was very nice and interested in the customer having the best possible experience. No shenanigans here!! I highly recommend Chris Riches and Rich Martini and if I purchase another Audi in the future it will be from Audi of Princeton not my local dealership. More

No Regrets! I looked at Audi back in 2003 when researching a new car. Back then, most luxury dealers wouldn't give me the time of day much less take me seriously I looked at Audi back in 2003 when researching a new car. Back then, most luxury dealers wouldn't give me the time of day much less take me seriously about buying one of their cars. I was even asked by one dealership if I was lost and actually refused to let me talk to a salesperson because they didn't want me to waste their time. Audi treated me very well but was out of my price range. After owning 3 BMW's I knew it was time to go back and make the leap. Juno, Claire, and Tom at Princeton Audi made it easy! They treated me with respect and gave me the time I needed to make my decision. They even went and found me the car I wanted since they didn't have one on their lot. It's only been a week and a tank of gas, but I am so happy with my A5. More
