Maintenance is done in a timely manner and the tech sends a video to show exactly what was done to my vehicle and to point out anything that will be needed on my next visit. Bryan Cabrera has been absolutely fantastic in assisting me with the issues and maintenance of my vehicle. What a poor experience with the Audi Service team. They had my vehicle for 42 days. I brought the vehicle in with error codes to indicate what was wrong. They said the vehicle was fixed after about 30 They had my vehicle for 42 days. I brought the vehicle in with error codes to indicate what was wrong. They said the vehicle was fixed after about 30 days and the service engine light was still on plus an additional warning light. They had to tow the vehicle back to their shop. At this point, my 90 day warranty had run out but luckily I had purchased the extended warranty. I argued with the manager - David Adame, that I should not be charged the deductible because they had the vehicle for so long that my warranty had timed out. He acted like he was doing me a favor by splitting the deductible of $200. What a joke this whole process was. Steer clear of Audi Plano service. More
I purchased my A5 cabriolet a year ago and have had the most awesome service from Gino who sold me the car. He has spent so much time helping me and I am so thankful for his patience, knowledge and kindness. I just found out that he left Audi several months ago but still he has continued to help me. Gino is the most outstanding sales person I’ve ever experienced, I just wish Audi would bring him back as a sales manager so that I could see him in person when I visit the dealership. I used to love Audi Plano. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles here, however, I will NOT be purchasing here anymore. I purchased a pre-owned 2017 Audi A7 with 66k miles on it from Erick I’ve purchased 2 vehicles here, however, I will NOT be purchasing here anymore. I purchased a pre-owned 2017 Audi A7 with 66k miles on it from Erick at Audi Plano in April 2023. 4 months later and with the odometer at 67k miles, I had to put $4500 worth of work into the vehicle. Motor mounts, water pump, wheel hub replacement (which are maintenance issues that come after prolonged use of vehicles). I am already in the car so I had no choice but to fix the issues. I’d also like to think I’m a reasonable person, as a shop owner myself, but that’s NOT how to conduct business. To sell cars to customers with ongoing issues and not offering to work with them/take care of them after such little time after purchase is just slimy. This is how and why dealerships get bad reps.
