We serviced our car on October 4, 2023, which incurred charges exceeding $7,200. The primary concern revolves around the exorbitant $2,000 charge for the oil pan gasket replacement, coupled with the unjus charges exceeding $7,200. The primary concern revolves around the exorbitant $2,000 charge for the oil pan gasket replacement, coupled with the unjustified replacement of the oil pan itself. Furthermore, the service team performed non-urgent timing system maintenance without transparently communicating its preventive nature, violating fair business practices. Subsequently, a check engine light emerged, attributed to camshaft and/or camshaft actuator issues supposedly caused by oil pressure loss during the initial repair. Given that the check engine light issue originated from their actions, we assert that Audi Plano should cover the necessary repairs. As well, we were promised a 15% Costco discount. Yet, when charges surged to $6,000, we learned of a cap on the discount. This abrupt shift not only misguides but also contradicts Audi's commitment to customer service integrity. Audi Plano offered to forgo charging for labor on subsequent repairs related to the check engine light. While we appreciate their effort, we believe the final price should also consider the operation they caused and the ensuing inconvenience we experienced. Despite multiple attempts to reach a compromise, Audi Plano was informed in advance about our intention to file a Better Business Bureau complaint, seeking a fair resolution. Unfortunately, our efforts at finding common ground were unsuccessful, prompting us to file this formal complaint. We strongly believe that the root cause of the check engine light is linked to a faulty timing job conducted by Audi Plano. Given the situation, we are demanding full coverage of all expenses incurred and a comprehensive and proper repair of any issues arising from the mechanic's work. We expect an apology from the manager for the lack of communication and the undue stress this has caused us. We propose negotiating the final price down to $5,000 with all repairs needed to get the car fully functional. More

I recently brought my Q7 for a service and I had a good experience. Although since I got the service done I found that my Q7 has some issues which I hope that the dealership will resolve it . Because they occurred after I got the car serviced at the Plano Audi . I spoke with Bryan about it . He is very helpful. I just want the dealership to check. This issue for me and resolve it . More
