I'll be glad to call the General Manager. Especially after to my surprise of receiving a text message on New Year, that my Debit card has been charged for not returning the loaner with a full tank. (To the record the loaner was dropped off on Dec 21, didn't received anything nor was I told of anything). To clear this, the day I picked up the loaner it was given to me at 260miles/ not full tank (I have picture proof) but before driving off, I talked to Hunter Wall (service Manager) making him aware of this and tall him I'll be returning the loaner to what I was given, because this happened to me before, to where I was charged for a full tank, even after claiming it to my Advisor, I was never refunded. He promised not to worry since I won't be charged. I was not charged a lot but at this point it's about the principle. Sincerely Mrs. Oliver
