I bought the car w 6000 miles on it, and it should have had much warranty remaining. HOWEVER unknown to me, the previous owner put a Tune on it. So this voids the warranty. I don't like it but understand had much warranty remaining. HOWEVER unknown to me, the previous owner put a Tune on it. So this voids the warranty. I don't like it but understand. BUT, why would a Tune on the motor void warranty on.......say a seat heater? or a park sensor. It so happens I had a park sensor go out and I thought that would be covered.....it was not because the installation of the Tune was "close to" the sensor and MAY have caused issue....or Maybe its a rock chip on the sensor? NOT covered. Talking to Audi Dealers in other cities, where I personally know people in Audi Service THEY said they would have warrantied everything even the PCV valve earlier regardless of the Tune.. So as you can imagine Audi "Plano" has left a bad taste in my mouth. Let me be clear, my service Rep, was Awesome, this was not in his hands. Also, another big problem I have, the park sensor was not covered, it is $525......the SAME part number at www.audiparts.com is $68, the breakdown from Audi plano, The part (sensor) $325 plus 1952P Frieght $200. First,,,,$68 vs $325...really and what is this $200 Freight. So, you can see my frustration ? FYI, Plano Audi, for this sensor, $525 parts, $1000 labor (same pay rate as the average neurosurgeon in Dallas by the way) Total, $1525. Using the SAME OEM parts, two other VERY qualified shops......$380 to $414. You know, if Audi charged $1525 and everywhere else was $1200, that would be suspect but understandable, however a 400 plus percent mark up....I can't think of a phrase to describe this. More

At least 20 days out - from my understanding, in a pinch if you needed a loaner because of car troubles you’d be on the short stick for some time. Not the team members fault, just to rate the dealer as a whole. More
The service I received for my Audi RS6 Avant was perfect. James was my service advisor. He was ready for me when I arrived and the car was ready when promised.
