I was stuck with a car with a dead battery and it was almost closing time by the time my car was towed into the dealerhsip. Bryan rushed through the paper work and made sure he got a mechanic to take car almost closing time by the time my car was towed into the dealerhsip. This visit was very good. Most of my 5-6 items were covered under extended warranty. Dealership coordinated with third-party insurer to replace cracked windshield. Didn’t feel ripped off on oil change and tire rotation, or oversold in the video analysis texted to me by the mechanic. Sometimes the experience is mostly determined by the service advisor. I leased a Q6 from them in April and it has been in the shop since then with no potential solution. Their customer service is horrible! I do suspect potential fraud and will have an attorney look at this. How come they did not know that the DC charging port in the Q6 I leased was not working!!!? Big interrogation mark right there. It is an EV and there is no way they haven't tried to charge it using the Fast charger. They are scammers for sure. The car had many issues out of the gate including but not limited to driver assistant malfunctions. The way they are handling the case is horrible. They've been constantly playing games in a childish way. They kept overpromising and underdelivering. I will never give them my business and I don't advice anyone to do so. Go somewhere else and avoid Audi altogether! Their quality and customer service have been going downhill @ very high speed lately. More
