I tried to call your customer Service team but all I got was voice mails. You had my car for 5 weeks and couldn’t fix it. I took it to Audio of Mckinney and they diagnosed the problem in one day and had my was voice mails. You had my car for 5 weeks and couldn’t fix it. I was in a negative equity situation after NOT purchasing my last vehicle at Audi Plano (as I had the 2 prior to that). I was looking for a lease to help out. He ran numbers, found me a great deal, and I was sold the same day (within 2 hours)... Ben Chen and Harman Hamad were also instrumental in assisting with the deal.
