Went in for my first service on my new car. Sadly I paid for the service package and was extremely disappointed. The team was not friendly. It took over 3 hours and the entire team was rude. Awful experience. Two days later I was caught in a snow storm and to my surprise out of windshield fluid. Typically all fluids are topped off during a service visit and I was stuck on the turnpike for an hour without windshield fluid. More
