The service department was able to quickly get my car seen. They were able to address multiple issues including tire damage and a mangled mirror within 24 hours. They texted me updates as well! seen. Worst service I have ever had. Dropped car off on Tuesday 7:30am for inspection, oil change and new wipers . Did not get car back until Thursday at 4:30pm. I called Tuesday at 4pm Dropped car off on Tuesday 7:30am for inspection, oil change and new wipers . Did not get car back until Thursday at 4:30pm. I called Tuesday at 4pm to see what was going on, car not done. Service dept said I needed new tires, but yet nobody called me to review any pricing. Car has only 19,000 miles. So no detailed pricing was giving to me just tires around $371-$380each and I need alignment done also. Again not detailed pricing giving. I said put new tires on. I called again on Wednesday around 3pm and service said still not done. I called again Thursday around noon and was told car still not done. A message was left on my phone Thursday around 3:30 that car was done. I picked it up and was told bill was $2300. Oh well it is what it is and I then was told they did not put new wipers on. This whole experience was terrible. I will never buy a car from this dealer again. More
