I made an appointment via their website (Audi Pittsburgh) to buy and install tires on my Q7 for a trip I'm going to take. I show up for my appointment with the confirmation email in hand, which read "Thank y to buy and install tires on my Q7 for a trip I'm going to take. I show up for my appointment with the confirmation email in hand, which read "Thank you for shopping with AUDI PITTSBURGH. Here are the order and appointment details. Simply bring your vehicle to our service department at your appointment time." Did I get my service done? No. Was I even in their service system? No. I spoke to three people, including the manager, who all kept pointing fingers at the website "not talking to their scheduling system", and that it was "Audi USA" not "Audi Pittsburgh" (not true). So now I'm left with no new tires and have to find another way to go on my trip. The supervisor was flabbergasted I dared to ask for some sort of compensation. For a car brand which markets its luxury and above and beyond service, this is beyond poor. My next car will definitely not be an Audi due to this horrendous service provided. More
Outstanding experience! We live in New Jersey and contacted Sales Associate, Matt Kessler, about a purchasing a preowned vehicle (2022 Acura TLX Type S) for my son. Making We live in New Jersey and contacted Sales Associate, Matt Kessler, about a purchasing a preowned vehicle (2022 Acura TLX Type S) for my son. Making an expensive purchase from afar can be difficult, especially when the vehicle is 'used'. Matt's demeanor, professionalism, and earnestness in trying to get our questions answered made us extremely comfortable that we were was getting solid, honest answers. On several occasions at our request, he checked various points on the vehicle and sent us pictures. For all the reasons above and more, he was instrumental in getting us into the particular vehicle, but mainly because we felt we were dealing with a very honest person. My son and I flew into Pittsburgh from NJ and were greeted by Matt and Jon Doliveira (Pre-owned Sales Manager) who treated like old friends. Both Matt and Jon went above and beyond to ensure the whole experience went well and dove into action to rectify a minor issue. The experience of finalizing with Jake Akhtar (Business Manager) was also fantastic. Even the staff in the periphery went out of their way to say hello and be extremely welcoming. Every person we met from Dan who prepped our vehicle, to the guys in the repair shop, were genuinely interested in ensuring the vehicle was ready to go and that we were completely satisfied. We never felt rushed and actually felt like we were taking too much of THEIR time...LOL! For not being a potential repeat customer, due to living much too far away, they sure treated us as such! I'd give them 10 stars!! Much thanks again to the Matt and the staff....Be Well & Enjoy!! More
