Had to bring car to delalership for a recall. First time there for service. Definately felt like a number, not a customer. Had to tell scheduler and service manager same thing several times. First time there for service. Definately felt like a number, not a customer. Had to tell scheduler and service manager same thing several times. One day service took two full days and couldnt get car until 3rd day. Was promised a car wash (which they did) - BUT car came back covered in mud! Apparently their "shop" is in a dirt field? And of course they called to "recommend" $1039 worth of additional service. Lots of little annoyances across the transaction that left me unimpressed. More
