Car wasn’t washed, clock time was not adjusted as requested.. Car took over an hour longer than scheduled time it was promised. I expected better service I understand everyone is short staffed. Dealing with the Audi or Pittsburgh service desk is always an awkward experience. During my drop off my technical concerns were largely ignored and I was asked twice if I was sure I wanted a suspension always an awkward experience. None of what I stated was actually relayed to the service tech or rep. This is the second time this has happened. However, the service tech, and Dave the service representative were absolutely outstanding. Dave called me to get my input and we got everything resolved. Dave deserves praise. Furthermore, my service previous to this one for a cam sensor cost me quite a bit for diagnostics and it did not resolve the problem. I had to go to Audi of Washington to get my issue resolved. Because of the uncomfortable situations with the service desk people and my warranty being over I may use a private shop or Audi or Washington exclusively in the future. If not for Dave calling me this time my money would have been wasted (again) and my problems wouldn't have been resolved (again). Seriously, the service desk staff at Pittsburgh is quite frustrating. They make me feel as if I don't belong and as if I am wasting their time. Comparatively the Washington staff will shoot the xxxx, offer drinks and make you feel like one of the guys. More

We again left the dealership without the issue being fixed that was caused by a part that was replaced by this same dealership. The car was returned to us uncleaned again. Mon luxury dealerships even cl fixed that was caused by a part that was replaced by this same dealership. The car was returned to us uncleaned again. Mon luxury dealerships even clean the cars before returning them to customers but that does not seem to be a priority for Audi. More
