I never met Ivonne in person (I wish I did) because the negotiation of my new 2019 Audi A6 took place over emails, text messages and phone calls. Ivonne was so incredibly patient with me. I recently got in to an accident and my insurance company totaled my car. However, prior to my car being totaled out, I told Ivonne about my accident and advised her that I was waiting for my insurance company's decision prior to purchasing my new vehicle. She was never pushy about the sale of a vehicle but was concerned about my situation. She told me sometimes a decision to total a car out could take some time. She texted me and gave me encouragement about my situation and to let her know when I was ready. However, Ivonne still negotiated a price for a 2019 Audi A6 and I wasn't ready to purchase the vehicle yet. Ivonne could've just moved on to the next sale but she spent time with me. Wow!! Who would even do that? Fast forward several days, I got back with Ivonne and told her I was ready to move forward with the purchase because the insurance company made a quick decision about the fate of my car. She assured me that the deal that was previously negotiated was still available. I couldn't believe that the negotiated price was still available. I immediately told Ivonne that I would be by later that night but I was concerned with the closing time. Ivonne instructed me to fill out the credit application prior to my arrival to speed up the transaction. Ivonne was more concerned about my time in the dealership than the closing time. Ivonne said don't worry about the closing time that we will be here to complete the transaction with no rush. Well, when I arrived, the transaction couldn't have gone any smoother. I've purchased many cars in my life (mainly Audi's) and never had a deal go so smoothly. Like I said in the beginning, Ivonne is a tremendous asset for Audi and Pembroke Pines Audi. I wish things in life could go this smooth and easy. We need more people like Ivonne who handled this transaction with a smile. Never once was she upset (and I gave her reasons to be upset). Please give her all the praise in the world from me, she deserves the credit. Thank you again for the experience of a life time. More

Ivonne was extremely helpful when I was shopping for an e-Tron. She and I went back and forth with over a dozen emails. In fact, everyone at Audi Pembroke Pines was amazing. This is my fifth Audi, but my first purchase from this store and I would 100% recommend giving them the chance to help you out if you are in the market for a vehicle. Also, the e-Tron is an amazing luxury EV. It might not have the range of a Tesla, but it blows them out of the water when it comes to offering a luxury driving experience.
