I pass by two other Johnny Borja and the other employees at Rusnak Audi are the most professional, courteous, expedient group I have ever dealt with. I pass by two other Audi dealerships closer to my home and drive to Rusnak because of the great customer service given there every time I need to visit. They make you feel so very important. They respect your time, your finances and your work schedule. I would highly recommend Johnny and his group there at Rusnak. More

Apparently there is under warranty and Henry walked me through the procedure - adjustment and replacement of some parts now, then a return when the car needs oil next time. I must say, I'm disappointed that the car has this problem and that I wasn't contacted by Audi concerning the problem. More

Service My service consultant was professional and courteous, but it took the whole day to service my car even though I made an appointment in advance. At the end of the day, they could not find any thing wrong with my car. When my service was completed, it took 15 minutes to get my car from the garage. Not the overall experience I was accustomed to. More
