Above and beyond I haven't had any issues with my car, so I've only brought it for service for recall items. Both times, I received prompt, extremely courteous service. I requested a loaner car both times. Once I got an A4 to borrow while my car was being fixed. The other time, they didn't have any loaners left, so they covered the Enterprise rental for me. Nice touches include a fancy coffee machine that makes lattes and espressos, and pastries from Porto's. They also wash your car for you before returning it. Love Rusnak! More
