Great Service Rep - Kirk Wallace Rusnak needs to make sure to keep Kirk Wallace as a service rep! Hard to have a relationship with any rep with the high turnover. I did all the negotiation through e-mail, texting and a few phone call. I drove about 200 miles from Visalia to Pasadena to pick up my car.
