Unlike here, it's been more than a year since I bought my Porsche Cayenne there and I came back for some minor issues and they treated me as if I was about to buy another car from them. The sale team is great especially the sale managers Jeff and Khalid. I am sure others are too but those were who I had the pleasure of working with. Let me tell you why. I bought the Cayenne a little over a year ago but I have noticed some paint chipped spots on the front bumper. I took it back to them last week and had them looked at it and see if they can help me fix it. Jeff told me that he knew how it feels and whether i was ready to buy another car from them or am an existing customer he wanted me to feel like I could rely on them to take care of issues like that because once a customer always a customer. That gave me great feeling and enormous respect for the way they are conducting business. And Khalid was very attentive and caring and made sure that he stayed on top of it with me and stayed in constant contact with me to give me updates. They took my car in and complimentarily fixed the paint work. I am very pleased with the work and the service. If and when I need another car I will definitely look at their inventory first and if they carry the car I need I wont hesitate for a second to come back to Rusnak Audi to buy it.
