It is exciting to shop for a car, but not always a pleasant experience. The dealership is technically incompetent. Their IT is at least a decade out of date. No one picks up the phone and calls me back, I have to keep prodding. I called and emailed the GM and he never bothered to call me back. I could have just done the buyout online but the sales associate there assured me I would be happier if I let them handle everything. Instead I had to spend over 2 hours sitting in their waiting room followed by weeks of back and forth on the botched registration. When I originally leased the car the service was first class but it has now deteriorated and they have lost me as a customer. I suspect this is a change in management for the worse. Really, no one calls me back after all these years? They also send endless emails to me reminding me to get service on cars I no longer have in my possession. I get texts over and over asking me to review my experience when I already reviewed my experience. Technology systems and data are essential to customer care and Rusnak has not made the proper investments. There is endless personal attention until the sale is complete, then they ask you for a five star review, and once that’s done you are out of sight and out of mind. Management is not properly trained to escalate concerns with personal care. This is not a luxury car experience. More
