They will do everything they can to waste your time in order to make the deal better for themselves. They try to add in hidden options to the price that nobody wants or needs and then use this as a way to make you think youre getting a good deal. Why do you see so many negative reviews? Beware. I was interested in a 2018 Audi A5. I had turned in my 2017 Challenger due to lemon law and I was given a check for payments made. I was told by Manuel Roa that they would work on a deferred down pa in my 2017 Challenger due to lemon law and I was given a check for payments made. I was told by Manuel Roa that they would work on a deferred down payment to allow the funds hit my account so I wouldn’t be with out a car. I said are you sure because I do not want to waste my time of a deal can’t be made. He said “don’t worry about it we’ll definitely figure something out, just come down so at least you can test drive the car and go from there.” I arrive and Manuel is no where to be found and I’m pawned off to another salesman, Ari. I asked where Manuel, we don’t know he might be dropping off another customer. I spent two and half hours at the dealership to come to the end con conclusion that they would not honor what Manuel said and they even told me they called him and that he never said they could do a deferred payment for me. What a liar! Deceptive tactics to get you down there at any cost! Hmm and he never did come back to the dealership after “dropping off” a customer. More
It has been two months since I dropped off my car for a 100,000 mile scheduled maintenance and for repair of a bad fuel level indication (previously troubleshot and determined to be a bad sensor by DCH the 100,000 mile scheduled maintenance and for repair of a bad fuel level indication (previously troubleshot and determined to be a bad sensor by DCH themselves). Since then I have not heard one word from them! I have checked with them myself on several occasions but keep getting evasive comments about “waiting for parts.” So I have been insuring a car I have not been able to use for over two months and am betting there is no battery minder connected whilst my car is pushed up against the fence so that may well be an added expense when/if I ever get the car back. Not happy. More
STAY AWAY AND BEWARE. This is a really shady dealership who will bait and switch buyers. Saw other Yelp reviews around this awful unethical practice. I am utterly shocked at what an awful experience I'v who will bait and switch buyers. Saw other Yelp reviews around this awful unethical practice. I am utterly shocked at what an awful experience I've had with DCH Audi Oxnard. After a week+ of negotiation, I agreed upon a price of a used SUV with the Sales Manager, Damien and the GM, Steve, and even received email confirmation on the agreed upon price directly from Steve. The very next day, when we are about to finalize the purchase, the GM completely goes back on his word and changes his mind, refusing to honor the price we had agreed upon right before the purchase was final. There are horrible practices going on at this dealership and unfortunately I wasted a lot of my time with their empty promises. More
DCH Audi of Oxnard does not honor the military. Bill Profeta is very rude and should NOT be in customer service! I went in for my first "free" oil change on my new Audi. I wanted the first free oil chan Profeta is very rude and should NOT be in customer service! I went in for my first "free" oil change on my new Audi. I wanted the first free oil change at 3 months and 1500 miles instead of the 1 year or 10,000 miles. He explained VERY RUDELY that Audi will only give the first free oil change at the required interval. I can understand the rule, but why have such a demeaning manor explaining it. That's not it though! When my car was done I asked him if he would give a military discount, he said he would have if he hadn't just printed out the 3 pieces of paper that showed the work that had been done! Him printing out some papers prevented him from giving an active duty military person a dicount!! Unbelievable! I will gladly drive the distance to a different Audi dealer for maintenance from now on. More

How bad can an experiance be? See report! I took my 2016 Q7 for a couple of services to Audi Oxnard which is the closest dealership to where I live. The first service was a 10000 mile check. T I took my 2016 Q7 for a couple of services to Audi Oxnard which is the closest dealership to where I live. The first service was a 10000 mile check. The second was again a regular check and an oil change and an update. Each time they needed a whole day to complete the job. I was promised to be notified after the work was completed. In both instances I never received the call but had to call myself several times to get the status of my vehicle. In September 2019 I traded in the Q7 in for an e-Tron. As Audi Oxnard is the closest dealership I wanted to give them a chance to get my business. The offer that they gave me was so bad that I left without buying the vehicle at the Oxnard Audi dealership. Instead I purchased the car from the dealership were I got the Q7 three years before for a much better price. A few days ago I purchased another Audi. This time I did not even bother to to go out to Oxnard as their selection of the model was limited. Therefore I ended up getting my A8L at a different dealership. I had problems with the setup of my Audi App and needed help. So I turned to Audi Oxnard. I should have been warned from my previous experiences! Cesar from the service department referred me to a sales person. His first reaction after me explaining my problem was to ask me were I bought the car. He was very unenthusiastic and told me only because he is a “nice person” he would try to help me. After being in the car with me for less than 60 seconds without a result we went inside the dealership to his computer. My App was already set up on the phone and just needed some more input from Audi. Suddenly he decided that his help would stop right here and sent me back to my vehicle advising me I should try myself. Of cause this didn't work as he didn't submit the missing data. I went back inside, the person that I talked to was gone, and again asked for help in their service department. In a rather brisk tone I was told that Audi Oxnard was not willing to deal with my problem and I should turn instead to the dealership where I bought the car. Cesar was friendly but I am not mentioning the other names as I don't want anybody to get in trouble. Audi builds great cars and I have been owning their premium cars for decades. I have dealt with quite a few dealerships and had overall good experiences. But today's experience at Audi Oxnard was so disappointing that I felt the need to share this. More
