I can not said that I had any good experience with this dealership. I had purchase a pre-owned Audi in this dealer Audi Owings mill. after the purchase and before the finance I had point out that damage o dealership. I had purchase a pre-owned Audi in this dealer Audi Owings mill. after the purchase and before the finance I had point out that damage on the rear low bumper section to the saleman and the finance manager and thay're agree to replace and install new part for my vehicle. but need to order the part it will only take a couple day.and after a couple day passed I had called to check if the part to see it had arrive or not the phone need ringing no one pick up in service dept, leave messages in the saleman phone few time do not get a return phone call.
