Everyone in the dealership is incredibly responsive every time I walk through the door. They address every issue as if it were their only concern, and make it their mission for me to drive away happy. I haven't been charged yet for any time or effort expended on my requests, and to top it all off, my car is always returned to me washed and detailed. Fantastic Experience!! Nancy Hughes, Robert Williams & Mickey Solomon all took fabulous care of me during my recent purchase of 2019 Q7. A little over a year I'd spoken wit Nancy Hughes, Robert Williams & Mickey Solomon all took fabulous care of me during my recent purchase of 2019 Q7. A little over a year I'd spoken with Nancy about a possible trade-in, but the numbers did work in my favor. Nancy is great at follow-up, but not pressuring. She basically reached out about some deals they had going on in August & remembered all that I was looking for & called to let me know what she had available. I loved the convenience of being able to send me the stickers on them both via email before I even decided to make a trip there. It was a smooth transaction & they got me all the things I asked for and even more since my 2017 Q7 was needing another set of tires (after 1 year) & I was contemplating getting rid of it instead of putting the money into more tires after such a short time. I was pleased at how the process went & the ongoing tech to help me use all the great features in the vehicle. More
