First of all, I owe Rob, Kevin DeFord and everyone else at this dealership and apology - I bought a used car here in 2018 and I'm just now getting to the review. I do sincerely apologize because I had one at this dealership and apology - I bought a used car here in 2018 and I'm just now getting to the review. I do sincerely apologize because I had one of the most professional shopping experiences I've ever had at this dealership. There were several things that stood out to me - - First, a very professional staff from the manager to the rep to finance, all of whom were accomodating and a delight to work with. - A fair price. Car buying is not a bloodsport to me; I am a businessman myself and I absolutely understand all the expenses that go into operating a business and will gladly pay people their fair margin. Their initial asking price was fair to me, we stuck to it. - The right car. I had been researching this vehicle for a while, and while it's not exactly rare it can be hard to find the way I wanted. Not only did they have it in stock, but it was a marvelous specimen and as mentioned priced quite fairly. To highlight some of the professionalism: I went shopping on a holiday weekend, but didn't bring cash with me... oversight on my behalf, but once I decided I liked the car and the price was fair Kevin gladly held it for me for a few days until I returned with a check. They also readily worked with me on an independent inspection, and the finance team wasn't the least bit pushy when I wanted to use my own CU (which has incredible rates). All in all I carried myself professionally, they carried themselves professionally and we both won. It was the best car shopping experience I've had - one so professional that I've told the story to scores of people. I would have zero hesitation about returning here for another car. Thanks again for the awesome car team, I'm having a blast driving it, I take loving care of it and it's serving me exceptionally well. Apologies for the delays in finally writing a review !! More
