My customer service Rep Jake Narasky was excellent and I could tell he wanted to be as helpful as possible but I did have an issue with the handling of A7 by Audi technicians. I took my car in because I was could tell he wanted to be as helpful as possible but I did have an issue with the handling of A7 by Audi technicians. I took my car in because I was having issues with my drivers side seat belt. I explained to them that it was tangled and doesn't retract all the way. They charged me $195 "diagnostic fee" to let me know that it was tangled and doesn't retract all the way, then they said it would cost $1,400 to replace because a spring was bad. They sent me a video of someone pulling my seat belt twice to show me how they reached their conclusion. They never untangled the seat belt and they never removed any panels to see beyond what I had already explained to them. After explaining this to Jake he was able to get the fee waived, I can understand the $195 fee if they took panels off and showed me the spring that they claim is damaged or if they even bothered untangling the seat belt(which they didn't) but charging $195 to pull the seat belt twice is beyond excessive and is a slap in the face. More
The more I go h here the less happy I am, I love my car and have spent well over the value of it. I don't go any place else except Audi Ontario. Things keep coming up... The issue is not the place is that why was all of this not noticed when you just did a 360 inspection the last 3? More
