I purchased an Audi Q5 in December of 2018 after having driven Lexus products since 2004. I have been very pleased with my Q5 and have told everyone I know that asks about it! Ontario Audi has serviced si driven Lexus products since 2004. I have been very pleased with my Q5 and have told everyone I know that asks about it! Ontario Audi has serviced since it was new and Miles Frank has been my advisor for most all of that time. I have always been impressed with the professional attitude and attention to detail in services rendered. This applies to the vehicle as well as myself and wife. We always are greeted quickly and issues are noted. We are offered accommodations for hospitality and ways to return home if necessary. My Q5 has been wonderful and I feel my dealings with Ontario Audi have only cemented a long relationship. My recent experience is no different…. I felt that my brakes may have been acting less efficient and called Miles to make an appointment. I brought it in the next day and The vehicle was inspected top to bottom … it was reassuring to now know I could take off on our much needed vacation with full confidence that our Audi is in top condition. Thank you for being kind and so responsive even though nothing turned out to be wrong! More
