Vincent Wu was fantastic to work with. I enjoyed his prompt communication over text. Everything went according to Vincent’s plan. My only negative is that I wasn’t offered a ride to pick up my car - I h prompt communication over text. Everything went according to Vincent’s plan. My only negative is that I wasn’t offered a ride to pick up my car - I had to ask for one. I believe this is this particular dealer’s policy and not a reflection on Vincent. If I spend $4,000 in repairs, then the least you can do is off me a $25 Lyft ride to pick up my car, especially considering I might be given a loaner Audi if any were available. More
