When some needed repairs were discovered by the service tech, Jake immediately contacted my extended warranty company and confirmed the paperwork. Great experience in the service center. Vincent Wu was great. Everything was well prepared. He explained everything very clear. Less than 15 minutes, I was done and left with the loaner. The servicing was extremely expensive. The dealership did not offer to toss in any extra items. The simply repair a $3.00 cost over $100.00. A $35.00 knob cost over $140.00 just to snap into place. They want not offer to toss in any extra items. The simply repair a $3.00 cost over $100.00. A $35.00 knob cost over $140.00 just to snap into place. They wanted over $100 to replace my wiper blades. I had to force them to toss that in as a “freebie”. I will admit the car runs very well, I just wish they can make a customer feel a little better after charging over $5,100.00 in basic service. More
