Vincent Wu helped me with a couple of issues i was having with my car. He and his colleagues were all so polite and helpful. I originally came in for an oil change but had a couple of other issues with my ca with my car. He and his colleagues were all so polite and helpful. I originally came in for an oil change but had a couple of other issues with my car that required ordering parts- which were ordered in quickly and i had a really smooth experience at this dealership. I haven’t had as quicky, easy, of kind customer service at any other Audi dealership in the area. Really appreciate Audi Ontario and Vincent! More

Chris was fantastic at assisting me and answering all questions. The oil change was done relatively quick. I'm not sure what settings they change during the service but my daytime lights aren't working a questions. The oil change was done relatively quick. I will try to figure it out myself because the dealership is 30 miles away but if not, I will have to come back. More
