Problem was not corrected. History: After operating vehicle for over 90 minutes from Orange county to Barstow at 75 mi/hr no problem, but when slowed down to enter Barstow ex History: After operating vehicle for over 90 minutes from Orange county to Barstow at 75 mi/hr no problem, but when slowed down to enter Barstow exit, car started to shake at about 15 mi/hr, acceleration would not work, and just gradually parked in Canes parking lot, followed by car being towed to Audi Ontario for service. After picking up car, operated fine all the way home to OC, but when slowed down to enter my home street, same problem repeated. Car was again towed to Audi Mission Viejo for service again. Currently have a loaner car pending outcome. More
I am very pleased with my recent repair work done to my Q3. They were able to finally fix my window issue (sap in the mechanism) and then wash and vacuum my car. Communication was great. Q3. Dani Paiz is truly most important aspect of any dealership as a service writer. Sale is where it starts and the purchase should be more than fair but is a small percent of car ownership, it’s the dealership as a service writer. Sale is where it starts and the purchase should be more than fair but is a small percent of car ownership, it’s the service that you will deal with 95% of car ownership. Have a service write that keeps the owner informed, aware, provide recommendation as she does, people skills is an asset to you organization.
