Body work with Rick Zabala service people were very attentive. I like the fact that you can email your service employee and get updates. Rick Zabala was very friendly too. The reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 is that the body work was not completed as meticulously as I'd like. They fixed the passenger side of my rear bumper (under warranty) but now a defect is found on the drivers side. More
