Failure as promised when selling Audi new car We purchased a brand new Audi A5 S line with 7-year comprehensive insurance from Audi Ontario recently. At the date of purchase, the sale guy, named B We purchased a brand new Audi A5 S line with 7-year comprehensive insurance from Audi Ontario recently. At the date of purchase, the sale guy, named Brandon Clemons, told both my husband and me that this car is covered completely, including even repair of a small chip on the car by this dealer. However, after a few months, we found that the car windshield cracked itself when my husband parked the car yard under the sun at his work place. We contacted this dealer as soon as we has seen this issue. It was unbelievable that both Mr Clemons and his boss refused to fix the car. Instead of, they asked us to pay $961.32 in order to get the car fixed. We are very upset by such dishonest dealer and such bad services to their customs. I would not recommend people to go with them. More

Excellent customer service I took my car in for service and as soon as I pulled up someone came out to greet me and help me. Erik was the advisor who helped me and let me tell y I took my car in for service and as soon as I pulled up someone came out to greet me and help me. Erik was the advisor who helped me and let me tell you he has excellent customer service skills he is very professional and friendly. He had me out, on my way in a few minutes as I was in a rush to get out because I was getting a ride from my sister back home. Erik kept me updated on the status of my car which I very much appreciated since I was coordinating my day. All in all i was very much satisfied with the service from begging to end and I will definitely keep bringing my car back for service with him. More

The best experience i ever had on costumer services. I visited Audi Ontario for maintenance of my vehicle ( Audi a4 ) and i totally recommended this dealer. From day one the service department has been so helpful, given me advice and recommended the best for my vehicle, they do a free multi poit inspection every time i visit them and thanks to that i feel more comfortable driving my vehicle avoiding expensive repairs in the future. The staff from the service department that helped me has been the best experience i ever had. My personal experience is based on the quality of service from Luis Macias ( Audi Service Consultant) of Audi Ontario. I strongly encourage you to give him a call if you need a experienced advice on anything related to your vehicle (909) 292 9700 ext 9713. He would accommodate a rental car for you and will keep you updated and will suggest what's best for you. What i love the most is the way i bring my car to them ( perfectly clean ) Is the way they returned to me. I hope this review will help someone , we know how frustrating is at times visiting a dealer, But i have to say not this one. More
