I was in Audi with my car hydro locked and the staff was super co-operative. I was attended by BJ. He helped me with everything he could. I brought my Q5 in late Thursday because my air conditioner wasn’t working. Brandon was exceptional in getting my service completed the next day day so I could go to KC on Saturday to my granddaugh conditioner wasn’t working. Brandon was exceptional in getting my service completed the next day day so I could go to KC on Saturday to my granddaughters recital. Took my Audi A3 in for a routine oil change. somehow 2 oil leaks appeared that cost $4,000. My driveway was oil free... now it has oil spots everywhere. Asked if there’s anything they can do. I personally like the ability to schedule an appointment online and once I drive into the service bay they meet you right away and address what is it you need fixed. Nothing but professionalism on the service side of the house. My Audi S5 has always been serviced at Audi Stuttgart in Germany and Audi Omaha is just as good. I only rank 4 stars because although they are very good, and the place is amazing, I was not happy with Audi as a whole. My S5 needs service every year and things that are cracking, leaking and or building up in my opinion should never happen. It’s a premium car at a premium price and I expect better. But that’s just me. More
