$200 to read fault codes I brought my car in knowing exactly what codes it was throwing (I have a vagcom cable). I brought it in to see if that code was the one that was on recall. I spent $200 just for someone to tell me, no, it's not covered. I know exactly how much labor went into pulling fault codes and it didn't take 2 hours ($100 per hour in labor) to do so. If you really "strive" to make every service great you'd at least issue a partial refund. I left the dealership no more educated about what my car needs than when I brought it in. I honestly thought submitting the codes to Audi corporate was going to be a curtesy service but I guess I was wrong. Such a waste of hard earned money. More

I originally talked with Vladamir on the phone but ended up working with Carrie the day we arrived. She was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and a lot of fun. The whole staff in Omaha made us feel very welcome and we never felt any pressure to buy at any time. Even when it came time to pay for the vehicle and was presented with the warranty package the choice was completely up to us to take it or leave it. Of course you always want a little more for your trade-in but I think that's the case in every situation. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for my next automobile or recommend Audi Omaha to friends and family. More

No charge for the smug attitudes Audi of Omaha which is actually Performace/Baxter owned at this point. This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had..... Ron Brochu was a smug pushy salesman who seemed to care more about selling me anything vs what I wanted. When we found something that was essentially what I was looking for, he seemed to forget we were the customer and was blatantly rude to me. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Do not go there if you are expecting a pleasant sales experience. In the dealerships defense... The sales manager, Scott Adrian, seems like a standup guy and attempted to salvage the relationship. Unfortunately Ron made such an impression that I'm afraid the rest of the dealership, including service, carries this smug attitude. More
