We came in knowing exactly the amount we could spend based on the accident settlement. I was not at all confident that we would be able to purchase a new A4 on par with the one we had owned. I have to say they treated us well and worked hard to get us deal that stayed within our financial parameters. This is the third Audi we have purchased from Audi Omaha, and we have always been treated well and have always been able to come to an agreement. I am extremely happy with my new A4. The sales staff was kind and knowledgeable. I think this is a great dealership. They treat you with respect and appreciate your loyalty. More

Very impressed I was very satisfied with my latest experience at Audi of Omaha. I was personally greeted upon arrival and was directed into the waiting area. As this I was very satisfied with my latest experience at Audi of Omaha. I was personally greeted upon arrival and was directed into the waiting area. As this was my first time at the new dealership, I decided to do a little exploring. Naturally, my first stop was the showroom. I was personally greeted by a salesman who I usually deal with, and we had a nice conversation regarding some of the current inventory. As I finished up in the showroom, I was greeted by the mechanic that would be working on my car. He recognized my car from a car show we had both attended earlier this year. Next I headed to the waiting area, grabbed a snack and a coffee, and watched the Nebraska vs. Iowa game. Before I knew it my car was ready for me fresh out of the car wash. I was very impressed by the new dealership, and the usual great service. More

Bait & Switch Chris at Audi Omaha pulled a bait & switch. Called to schedule a test driver & gave him the vehicle stock #. Got there, drove the car & inquired on options & pricing. Pulled the vehicle up online together when he mentioned a much higher price tag and sure enough...the one I inquired about was a filthy stinky xxx that they posted manufacturer pics of only. Mentioned it to his manager who said nothing & went alont with the scam. Then Chris tried to play it off as my misunderstanding. Taking advantage of a female customer seems to be their only attempt at "selling" a car is all they did & made no attempt to correct it. Sneaky, underhanded and dishonest. Goodbye Audi! More

$200 to read fault codes I brought my car in knowing exactly what codes it was throwing (I have a vagcom cable). I brought it in to see if that code was the one that was on re I brought my car in knowing exactly what codes it was throwing (I have a vagcom cable). I brought it in to see if that code was the one that was on recall. I spent $200 just for someone to tell me, no, it's not covered. I know exactly how much labor went into pulling fault codes and it didn't take 2 hours ($100 per hour in labor) to do so. If you really "strive" to make every service great you'd at least issue a partial refund. I left the dealership no more educated about what my car needs than when I brought it in. I honestly thought submitting the codes to Audi corporate was going to be a curtesy service but I guess I was wrong. Such a waste of hard earned money. More
