Excellent experience from beginning to end! Worked with Joe Oehm for sales. Joe was so great and very patient with me, after going back and forth between several brands. We took multiple test drives and each time was quick and easy. It was nice having the freedom to not be accompanied during the test drives. A couple were for several hours and that was no problem! We also worked with Jason and Mike closer to purchase. Everyone we worked with and or met were outstanding to us. We toured the service area and met a couple of the service employees. The service area was immaculate. It definitely looked somewhere I would feel comfortable having my vehicle serviced. We absolutely would look forward to working with Joe again! We just purchased our second vehicle from Audi Omaha. Both times they've been super helpful, no pressure, and made sure we found a vehicle we were happy with. We live more than 2 hours away from Omaha so they worked with us via phone and email ahead of time. When we got to Omaha they had vehicles ready to drive. Jesus was fantastic - absolute 5 stars. Update: Ran into some trouble later on. The lien from the previous owner was never released and Audi didn’t have the title. It took longer than the 30 days to get it resolved. I was unable to drive the car for more than a week once tags expired. I understand - stuff happens. But I expected a bit more enthusiasm and proactiveness from all staff in getting it resolved. I requested a manager call to provide an update. Sales Manager called once, left a voicemail, and did not sound at all interested or sincere. I returned his call with more questions but never heard back. Thankfully the title clerk kept me fairly up-to-date via email. It was a stressful and frustrating process, though. More

Took my Audi A3 in for a routine oil change. somehow 2 oil leaks appeared that cost $4,000. My driveway was oil free... now it has oil spots everywhere. Asked if there’s anything they can do. I personally like the ability to schedule an appointment online and once I drive into the service bay they meet you right away and address what is it you need fixed. Nothing but professionalism on the service side of the house. My Audi S5 has always been serviced at Audi Stuttgart in Germany and Audi Omaha is just as good. I only rank 4 stars because although they are very good, and the place is amazing, I was not happy with Audi as a whole. My S5 needs service every year and things that are cracking, leaking and or building up in my opinion should never happen. It’s a premium car at a premium price and I expect better. But that’s just me. More
