It is disappointing to have a good purchasing experience (I paid cash), and then to have to dread every service appointment, and the outrageous cost of "labor" at this dealership! This seems to be the unapologetic business model here, and I will be seeking outside service providers for further service for my Audi. I will be interested to follow the current lawsuit filing against Audi with regards to service charges to customers for faulty system failures.
