We arrived later than expected because our dog had hurt his leg earlier in the day but were greeted by Scott McDonald. He actually keeps dog treats at his desk! We drove the car and negotiated a great price without alot of the classic back and forth that no one likes. Everything was explained and we knew it was a good deal. We then met with Steve Kasmarek in the finance office to complete the rest of the paperwork. We will be driving back and forth to Florida and he went through the details of a bumper to bumper warranty that will cover us on our road trips down south. Once they discovered I am a disabled veteran they are helping us through the process of getting me disabled veteran plates, saving me thousands of dollars in sales and excise taxes. Terrible customer service I was trying to order a new car. I provided all this info asked for. On numerous occasions it was 5 days before I got a response from the sales person I was trying to order a new car. I provided all this info asked for. Chris was unavailable and no sales staff at all were available. I was told to call the leasing company after waiting for 45 months minutes and do it myself. The lease company told me to that staff at Audi should be taking care of it. Poor customer service- very disappointed! More
Audi Care Plan Not Honored Audi Norwell Service Manager refused to perform my last pre-paid maintenance visit on my 2011 Audi A5 convertible since it was just past the 5 year en Audi Norwell Service Manager refused to perform my last pre-paid maintenance visit on my 2011 Audi A5 convertible since it was just past the 5 year end date by a month and a half! I had previously called to check to confirm that the plan was good and they said yes on the phone so I made an appointment. But when my wife came in to drop off the car they said no. Very disappointed!!! Don't purchase this plan!!! More

This is the 1st time I had the pleasure of working with Alex Voevodski who took over from Paul Kaplan who I had worked with over the years. Alex was a delight to work with and kept me informed along the way. He was very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. I have been an Audi owner for 20 years and Alex made it easy for me to decide to continue doing business with the Norwell team! More
