We drove the car and negotiated a great price without alot of the classic back and forth that no one likes. Everything was explained and we knew it was a good deal. We then met with Steve Kasmarek in the finance office to complete the rest of the paperwork. We will be driving back and forth to Florida and he went through the details of a bumper to bumper warranty that will cover us on our road trips down south. Once they discovered I am a disabled veteran they are helping us through the process of getting me disabled veteran plates, saving me thousands of dollars in sales and excise taxes. I had previously called to check to confirm that the plan was good and they said yes on the phone so I made an appointment. But when my wife came in to drop off the car they said no. Very disappointed!!! Don't purchase this plan!!! More

Tom was helpful, patient, low pressure and we felt that the price for our trade-in and new car were very fair. He went over the navigation system and car features in detail and I left very comfortable driving in my new Q5. The whole experience was a class act from the receptionist who offered my son an Avengers comic book and poster, to our salesman, Tom, who patiently went over the car features and accompanied me on a test drive, to the finance guy, Steve, to the service manager, Wayne, who came over at the end to introduce himself. When we returned to the dealership to make an offer and get a price on a trade in, Alex was with another customer so his manager stepped in and helped so we were not stuck waiting and the other customer had Alex's full attention. We financed through Audi as well and Greg Brennan worked quickly to beat the AAA rates within an hour and we went back the same day to close the deal. And just when I thought Audi Norwell couldn't be any more accommodating, Alex came in on his day off to spend an hour with me settling me into my new car so I would have it in time for a family road trip. The dealership itself is beautiful, comfortable and kid friendly (Disney Jr. on the big screen while I had an espresso and waited for my inspection sticker). Every employee I encountered was warm and friendly and offered to help. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
