The dealership is wonderful and everyone is so friendly. The receptionist ( I don’t know here name) is very friendly and helpful. I would suggest you go to Audi Norwell to look at the new Audi’s and ask for Ken Bourne he is very patient with all your questions. More
Lease on my Audi Q7 I am very pleased to chose Audi of Norwell as my dealer. They where able to get the car I was looking for. Tom, sales person, was great, he explained I am very pleased to chose Audi of Norwell as my dealer. They where able to get the car I was looking for. Tom, sales person, was great, he explained everything in detail about the car and was great to work with. Highly recommend this dealership, their service is great, the provide you with replacement car when your car is in the shop, also they pick up and drop of your car at your home or place of work. More
Service is terrible Do not use this dealership for service. I took my Audi I purchased there last year for two recalls. The first service call my vehicle came back as Do not use this dealership for service. I took my Audi I purchased there last year for two recalls. The first service call my vehicle came back as with fingerprints in grease all over the headliner and other area's of the interior. When I brought this to the service reps attention he did not really take me seriously, I had to pay an auto detailer to get them cleaned up at my expense. The other service recall demonstrated how unorganized the service department is. I called ahead to make an appointment but when I arrived I was told the parts necessary to complete the repair were not available yet I finally got them to agree to look at my car and make any repairs necessary. When the repairs were done they informed me that they I would have to pay for any additional repairs in other words the recall item was fixed as far as they were concerned even though they did not have the parts. JUST AVOID this dealership. Their personal have an "we are doing you a favor attitude" For any dealer this unacceptable but for an Audi dealer this is just not worth my time. More

Fool me once In a nutshell, I had brakes, rotors, front tires and an alignment done just under 12K miles at Audi of Nashua, NH over a year ago. This is truly the In a nutshell, I had brakes, rotors, front tires and an alignment done just under 12K miles at Audi of Nashua, NH over a year ago. This is truly the best dealer around and where I purchased the RS-7 (and ultimately they bought it back this past weekend, 26 Aug 17), and they claimed all this work as warranty. Having relocated from North of Boston to the South Shore last summer (Jun, 2016), I now had to use the closest dealer, which was/is Audi of Norwell, MA.. Interestingly I brought the RS-7 to Audi of Norwell for 25K miles service at the end of July (17) this year and they told me I needed front brakes, rotors, tires and a front end alignment again ($3900). What am I to do, I had the work done and paid it. What makes this so odd to me is if I had the work done last summer and have a winter set of wheels as well that get put on in the fall (Nov (16) –Mar (17), how the heck can I need all this work done again a year later/12K miles more??? As Shakespeare once said, “Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.” And I’ll mention I dropped the RS-7 off on a Thursday, they called me to come get the car on Friday. The following Monday they called back and told me they put the old tires back on and there was miscommunication for ordering the new ones. Total clown show. Bottom-line, loved my Audi’s. The product is awesome. As for servicing them, George Horne wrote, “Fool me once, shame on you” and you know the rest…. More

Can not be happier! No hassle, direct and to the point information and pricing, with NONE of the haggling nonsense. Was introduced to Scott's supervisoer, GM Mike Gaughran, who took the time to make sure I was satisfied and pleased with my new Audi. I look forward to obtaining the S5 convertible we spoke of, asap!
