Audi of Norwell should know if it was wasn’t for Val Zariqi along with Omar Adem, Business Manager I would have walked away. My standards are high it’s that simple. If I don’t feel a sales person doesn’t treat me as his number one priority and deliver quality customer satisfaction with integrity I’ll move on regardless how much I love the Audi I came for. There is no question his goal is to make certain his clients have a good experience (as opposed to simply selling a car). He listens to you and offers suggestions without any pressure. He takes every possible step to ensure you feel good about your decision / purchase. Quick example - The last car I bought from Ken, I changed my mind and chose a different model on the morning of delivery. Without missing a beat, the numbers were reworked, the car was prepped, and I was on my way. Outstanding service. Ken has always been great to work with.
