Su Dong and Norwell Audi went above and beyond to make our newest car purchase simple, informed and pleasant. This car itself is not an Audi but a trade-in Golf. Su then followed up with insurance, registration and inspection of the car over days that followed. Finally, she delivered the car in person as promised to our home that was 30 miles away. The car had been cleaned and washed. Days ago, I had noticed that this dealer had a board that stated they are a proud Magna Society winner. I failed to know the meaning then. I am speechless about the customer service I recently received. I have always received great customer service here, but most recently they knocked it out of the park! I had bought my 2023 Q5 from Kyle an received. I have always received great customer service here, but most recently they knocked it out of the park! I had bought my 2023 Q5 from Kyle and recently got in an accident and it was totaled! The first question Kyle asked is whether or not I was okay. Physically yes, but emotionally devastated to lose my car that I loved so much. Kyle went over pricing for used and new vehicles. It made sense at the time to get into a used Q5. He knew exactly what I was looking for and took the time to find the perfect car for me. He was in touch with me throughout the entire process and has followed up with me on a few things that needed to be done after I received the car. I also wanted to acknowledge Lou, the person I spoke to with my first car about financing. He saw my husband and I and came out of his office to greet us. He remembered us even though it had been some time since we saw him. Kaitlyn helped us with the finances this time and she couldn't have been any nicer. I was still Upset over the loss of my original vehicle and she listened and made me feel better. Ayman is the gentleman I always see when I bring my car in to be serviced. He always greets you with a smile and you just feel happy being around him. When you arrive at the dealership you are greeted by Terri She is another person that just puts you in a good mood with her smile and warming nature. This dealership would get more than 5 stars if it was available. If you want people you can trust and know they are looking out for your best interest this is the dealership for you. More
